6:00 pm – Wine Dinner Reception | Granite Ballroom 
The weekend begins with a warm welcome reception where you’ll get your first taste of savory bites prepared by our celebrity chefs served with carefully selected passed wines to set the tone for an unforgettable culinary journey. 

6:30 pm – Five-Course Wine Dinner with Live Jazz | Granite Ballroom 
Take your seat for an evening of dinner and dancing. Jazz vocalists Monty Seward and Rebecca Jade, along with saxophonist Michael Paulo, will set the mood as you enjoy a five-course dinner crafted by an all-star lineup of chefs: 

• Chef Sarah Heard – Owner and Chef of Foreign & Domestic, Austin, TX 

• Chef Jesse Kuykendall – Food Network’s Chopped, 2020 winner 

• Chef Shawn Osbey – Chopped, OWN’s Checked Inn, and Good Morning America 

• The Culinary Team of Horseshoe Bay Resort, led by Culinary Director Chef Gilbert Moore, Culinary Director and Resort Executive Chef, Chef Tommy Suddeth 

Each dish is thoughtfully paired with standout wines from California and the Texas Hill Country, creating a dining experience that’s as memorable as it is delicious.

Step inside the kitchen with our celebrity chefs as they prepare a signature recipes from their most popular dishes. Each demonstration includes a Q&A, giving you the chance to learn tips, tricks, and inspiration straight from the masters. 

2:00–5:00PM – Wine, Dine & Jazz Stroll | Live Oak Lawn
The highlight of the weekend: an afternoon under the blue sky filled with great wine, gourmet bites, and incredible jazz. Here’s what to expect: 

• Wine & Food Pairings: Tastes from 15 wineries and creative dishes from 10 top regional chefs and specialty food crafters compete for your vote in the People’s Choice Awards for “Best Wine” and “Best Taste.” 

• Food Competition: A blind tasting among local judges will crown one chef with the prestigious Silver Spoon Award. 

• Live Jazz Performance & Dancing on the Lawn: Grammy-winning and acclaimed artists including Keyboardist Gregg Karukas, BPM Super Group with Bassist Brian Bromberg, Guitarist Paul Brown, Saxophonist Michael Paulo, Vocalist Rebecca Jade, Trumpeter Ilya Serov, and Bassist Darryl Williams.
