21st Annual Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival
Friday, November 6 – Saturday, November 7, 2026

The 2026 Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival features celebrity chefs, jazz performances, and creative culinary experiences throughout the weekend. A seated five-course dinner kicks off the festivities, prepared and presented by three celebrity chefs along with Horseshoe Bay Resort’s culinary team led by Culinary Director, Chef Gilbert Moore, and Resort Executive Chef, Tommy Suddeth.

Saturday features celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, followed by the Wine, Dine and Jazz Stroll – an afternoon of wine tastings, exquisite food samples from top regional chefs and restaurants, and live jazz performances.

    Saturday features a curated selection of restaurants and chefs offering the best bites off their menu. Their delicious dishes are complemented by wine tastings from the best winemakers in the Texas Hill Country Wine region. Enjoy live jazz on the lawn while you taste your way through Texas. Performances by nationally renowned jazz musicians.

    Amanda has had the pleasure of working for incredible chefs and mentors in a variety of settings: from a three-star Michelin restaurant to a five-star, five-diamond hotel, and too many Italian restaurants to count. After the Culinary Institute of America in New York and work in San Francisco and Chicago, she returned to Austin. Now she is known for her flagship bakery, Rockman Coffee + Bakeshop, in East Austin, which embodies all her favorite things: Caffeine, Gluten, Butter, Sugar, Booze.

    Raised in a family-owned restaurant that has operated for more than 44 years, Chef Kevin Taylor developed his culinary foundation at a young age. In 1999, he attended the Culinary Institute of America and completed an internship in Dallas under renowned Chef Dean Fearing at The Mansion on Turtle Creek. In 2005, he joined the acclaimed Inn at Little Washington under Chef Patrick O’Connell, where he deepened his appreciation for farm-to-table cuisine and local sourcing. He later returned to his family’s restaurant, Los Amigos, serving six years as Executive Chef. In 2012, he joined the Starr Restaurant Organization, working at Barclay Prime before becoming Executive Chef of El Vez. His career eventually led him to Austin, where he partnered with Guy and Larry Restaurants to open ATX Cocina, Bulevar Mexican Kitchen, and Sugarwolf, continuing his passion for innovative hospitality and culinary excellence.
