Room Requests: We will do our best to accommodate your request at time of check-in, but please note that we cannot guarantee specific rooms, room types or views.
Early check-in and late check-out: We are happy to accommodate your request based on availability. Late check-out requests must be approved by the Front Desk and may involve a fee. During registration, you will be asked to present a valid form of identification (driver’s license or passport), as well as credit card for payment.
Check-In Pre-Authorizations: At the time you check in, a “hold” will be placed on your card for the full amount of your stay plus $75 for incidentals per day. This is standard practice and is designed to protect the hotel from charge backs and other discomforts. Authorization hold is the practice within the banking industry of authorizing electronic transactions credit or debit card. This balance is unavailable either until the merchant clears the transaction (also called settlement), or the hold “falls off”. In the case of debit cards, authorization holds can fall off the account (thus rendering the balance available again) anywhere from 1-10 days after the transaction date depending on the bank’s policy. Please be aware that an authorization on a debit card will remove funds from your bank account as soon as the card is swiped.
Smoking and Vaping Policy: All public areas and function space in the resort, spa, marina, yacht club and clubhouses are “NO SMOKING OR VAPING”. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the hotel rooms or apartments (additional $250.00 room recovery fee charged if not adhered to.)
