20th Annual Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival
Friday, November 7 – Saturday, November 8, 2025

The 2025 Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival features celebrity chefs, jazz performances, and creative culinary experiences throughout the weekend. A seated five-course dinner kicks off the festivities, prepared and presented by three celebrity chefs along with Horseshoe Bay Resort’s Culinary Director, Chef Bill Osloond, and Executive Chef Gilbert Moore.

Saturday features celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, followed by the Wine, Dine & Jazz Stroll – an afternoon of Texas Hill Country wine tastings, exquisite food samples from top regional chefs and restaurants and live jazz performances.

    Wine, Dine & Jazz Stroll | 1:45-5:00 pm
    Saturday features a curated selection of restaurants and chefs offering the best bites off their menu. Their delicious dishes are complemented by wine tastings from the best winemakers in the Texas Hill Country Wine region. Enjoy live jazz on the lawn while you taste your way through Texas. Performances by nationally renowned jazz musicians: Grammy-Award winning Keyboardist Gregg Karukas, Jazz Trio BPM, Vocalist Monte Seward, Vocalist Rebecca Jade, and Trumpeter Ilya Serov.

    Chef Shawn Osbey

    Chef Shawn Osbey is a culinary expert celebrated for crafting unforgettable dining experiences. His talents have been showcased on Food Network’s Chopped, OWN’s Checked Inn, and Good Morning America. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside renowned chef Charlie Palmer, helped launch Las Vegas hotspot Tao with Executive Chef Sam Haze, and held executive chef roles at several top hotels on the Strip. Built on word of mouth and lasting impressions, Chef Shawn’s reputation continues to speak for itself.

    OCHO | SAN ANTONIO, TX

    Chef Jess Kuykendall, also known as “Chef Kirk,” is a Laredo, Texas native celebrated for her unique take on Mexican and border cuisine. She serves as Executive Chef at Ocho in San Antonio and gained national recognition in 2020 when she won an episode of Food Network’s Chopped.

    FOREIGN & DOMESTIC | AUSTIN, TX

    Owner and Chef of Foreign & Domestic, Sarah Heard is a standout in Austin’s culinary scene. Raised in Conroe, Texas, she was inspired by her mother to cook from scratch—an influence that shaped her farm-to-table approach and classic techniques. Known for her commitment to sustainability, Chef Heard emphasizes respect for ingredients, often incorporating lesser-used cuts into her dishes. She also raises chickens and goats and maintains a garden, fully embracing a from-scratch philosophy and whole-animal cooking.

    Vocalist

    Known for her soulful voice and dynamic stage presence, Rebecca toured with the Queen of Percussion, Sheila E., and appeared in the Emmy-nominated show, “Let’s Go Crazy: The GRAMMY Salute to Prince.” She also sang background vocals for Sir Elton John at the 2020 Academy Awards. Rebecca has appeared as a guest artist on the Dave Koz Cruises since 2016 and performed multiple concerts at Spaghettini in Seal Beach. Rebecca captivates audiences with her signature blend of jazz, soul, and heartfelt storytelling.

    Monte’s rich musical journey includes collaborations with some of the most iconic names in the industry, including New Kids On The Block, Tevin Campbell, Diana Ross, and The Jacksons. Blending jazz, soul, and an R&B flair, Monte’s work earned him an Emmy nomination for music in film and television for the long-running series The Bold and the Beautiful. Monte’s artistry reflects a deep passion for storytelling through sound, making him a standout voice within contemporary jazz.

    Grammy Award-Winning Keyboardist

    A prolific keyboardist, Gregg Karukas is known for his sophisticated contemporary jazz, incorporating Brazilian traditions, New Age, R&B, and pop. He won Best New Age Album Grammy in 2013 for producing, composing, playing piano/keyboards, arranging, and engineering the Echoes of Love CD. He was a founding member of The Rippingtons and has toured with Boney James, Peter White, Rick Braun, Dave Koz, Melissa Manchester, Larry Carlton, Sergio Mendes, Brenda Russell, Jeffrey Osborne, and others.
