Guests of the Private Homes and Signature Residences have access to the member-exclusive Yacht Club outdoor amenities including a lagoon-style pool, a 27-person premiere hot tub, and a white sandy lakeside beach that sits against a full-service Beach Bar.

Please note that the townhomes and condos listed below do not include access to the Yacht Club’s outdoor amenities.
