A:At the Horseshoe Bay Resort, the standard check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am on the day of departure. If you need an early check-in or later departure, please visit guest services for special accommodations. Early arrivals and late check-outs are dependent upon hotel occupancy and are not guaranteed. But we will do our best.
A:Promenade, Patio and Y-Bar:
Resort wear including dress shorts, sport shirts and appropriate jeans. Please, no tank tops, t-shirts, bathing suits, cover-ups, hats, cut-offs, flip flops or jeans with holes.
Fairwind Dining Room:
Slacks and collared shirt required for men. Jackets are not required. Please, no shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, bathing suits, cover-ups, hats, cut-offs, flip flops or jeans. Guests in jeans will be seated in the Promenade, Patio or Y Bar.
Golf Courses and Facilities:
Collared shirts are required. No t-shirts or denim allowed. Soft spikes only. Tennis shoes are permitted.

A:Yes, the Horseshoe Bay Resort is pet friendly. We allow pets in the Palm Villas and select private homes. There is a one-time $75 pet fee due at check-in that is non-refundable. You are welcome to walk your dogs on a leash, explore our beautiful resort and Lake LBJ, and enjoy the fresh air.
A:The resort offers several shopping spots for everything you need. The Ship Store and Palm Boutique, located at the Marina, offers casual and upscale resort attire, swimwear, water sports equipment, boating supplies, snacks, and beverages. Slick Rock Pro Shop specializes in golf attire, accessories, clubs and equipment. Visit the Market in the hotel lobby for sundries, souvenirs, pool gear and your morning Starbucks® coffee to-go.
Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase for many Horseshoe Bay Resort facilities and experiences. You may purchase them from our Gift Cards page in increments of $50, $100, and $200. Gift cards can be used for our restaurants, golf courses, activities and for treatments at the Bayside Spa.
A:The Horseshoe Bay Resort offers rollaway beds at a rate of $20 per day. So if you have kids and need extra sleeping arrangements, this will make your Texas Hill Country getaway easier. The twin rollaway beds sleep one person, and according to past guests, very comfortable. We also have air mattresses available for the same rate.
A:If you have any questions or special requests during your stay, press 'Guest Services' from your guest room phone or stop by the front desk in the hotel lobby for assistance. We can help you with dinner reservations, resort activities, tours, transportation, and any questions you have. You can also call 877-611-0112 at any time.
A:We pre-authorize for the remaining stay rate in addition to $75 per night for incidentals. This allows you to charge food, drinks, and activities back to your room. If charges are not made to your room during your stay at the Horseshoe Bay Resort, the pre-authorized amount will be refunded to your credit card.
