A: At the Horseshoe Bay Resort, the standard check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am on the day of departure. If you need an early check-in or later departure, please visit guest services for special accommodations. Early arrivals and late check-outs are dependent upon hotel occupancy and are not guaranteed. But we will do our best.

A: Yes, we offer a heated resistance pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna at the Bayside Spa. It is accessible for Spa guests and with day passes. A: There are three pools at the Horseshoe Bay Resort. The Tower Pool is the only heated pool and features water fountains, a hot tub and kids' pool. Just steps from the hotel; the Paseo pool and hot tub are conveniently located adjacent to the Paseo Fitness Center. The Pool & Beach offers a lagoon-style pool area, set against a white sand beach on Lake LBJ, and a 27-person whirlpool.

Resort wear including dress shorts, sport shirts and appropriate jeans. Please, no tank tops, t-shirts, bathing suits, cover-ups, hats, cut-offs, flip flops or jeans with holes.
Slacks and collared shirt required for men. Jackets are not required. Please, no shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, bathing suits, cover-ups, hats, cut-offs, flip flops or jeans. Guests in jeans will be seated in the Promenade, Patio or Y Bar.

A: Yes, the Horseshoe Bay Resort is pet friendly. We allow pets in the Palm Villas. There is a one-time $75 pet fee due at check-in that is non-refundable. You are welcome to walk your dogs on a leash, explore our beautiful resort and Lake LBJ, and enjoy the fresh air.

Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase for many Horseshoe Bay Resort facilities and experiences. You may purchase them from our Gift Cards page in increments of $50, $100, and $200. Gift cards can be used for our restaurants, golf courses, activities and for treatments at the Bayside Spa.

A: The Horseshoe Bay Resort offers rollaway beds and air mattresses at a rate of $50 plus tax per room per night. Twin rollaway beds sleep one person.

If charges are not made to your room during your stay at the Horseshoe Bay Resort, the pre-authorized amount will be refunded to your credit card.
