The 2026 Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival features celebrity chefs, jazz performances, and creative culinary experiences throughout the weekend. A seated five-course dinner kicks off the festivities, prepared and presented by three celebrity chefs along with Horseshoe Bay Resort’s culinary team led by Culinary Director, Chef Gilbert Moore, and Resort Executive Chef, Tommy Suddeth.
Saturday features celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, followed by the Wine, Dine and Jazz Stroll – an afternoon of wine tastings, exquisite food samples from top regional chefs and restaurants, and live jazz performances.

Smooth jazz saxophonist Paul Taylor is known for his soulful tone and high-energy performances that keep audiences on their feet. With multiple chart-topping hits and a signature sound that blends smooth jazz with funk, R&B, and pop influences, Taylor brings a fresh, groove-driven style that sets him apart. His vibrant stage presence makes him a standout performer at this year’s Wine, Dine & Jazz Festival.
Contemporary jazz guitarist Steve Oliver is known for his smooth melodies, soulful vocals, and dynamic live performances. Oliver has released more than a dozen albums and earned multiple Billboard contemporary jazz hits, including the chart-topping single “Fun in the Sun.” Blending jazz with elements of pop, Latin, and world music, his signature sound brings vibrant energy to the stage.
Hawaiian-born saxophonist Michael Paulo is an internationally recognized smooth jazz artist known for his soulful tone and dynamic live performances. Over his career, he has toured and recorded with legendary artists including Al Jarreau, Kenny Loggins, Patti Austin, and Jeffrey Osborne. Blending contemporary jazz with pop and soul influences, Paulo brings an energetic and captivating sound to the stage.
Grammy-winning keyboardist and composer Gregg Karukas is a leading figure in contemporary jazz, known for his soulful melodies and signature blend of jazz, R&B, and Latin influences. Over his acclaimed career, he has collaborated with renowned artists including Dave Koz, Larry Carlton, and Richard Elliot. His smooth, expressive style and vibrant performances have made him a favorite jazz stage around the world.

Bassist Darryl Williams is a renowned contemporary jazz musician and producer known for his smooth grooves. A longtime collaborator with many of today’s top jazz artists, Williams has built a celebrated career as both a performer and bandleader, delivering soulful bass lines and dynamic performances.
Drummer Eric Valentine is an accomplished musician known for his dynamic rhythms and engaging live performances. Blending jazz, funk, and R&B influences, Valentine’s energetic style brings a powerful groove to the stage.
