Associate Housing Options

Horseshoe Bay Resort is proud to help associates find affordable housing in the Texas Hill Country area. 
There are currently four different townhomes and condos available for associates to rent.

Rent $322.00 per month/single bed, includes water, trash, basic cable and Wi-Fi*.  Electricity bill is divided
between occupants and paid monthly through payroll deductions.
Housing deposit $300.00 | Electricity deposit $100.00

All deposits, rent and electricity bill will be paid through payroll deductions.
All properties have kitchens equipped with basic cookware and tableware.
Shared common living areas are furnished with couches, tables and chairs.
Bedrooms have beds, dressers and/or closets.  Basic linens and pillow are provided.
Due to the high demand for housing, all bedrooms are shared.
All properties are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Housing will be assigned by HR based on work/department location, transportation, and male/female occupants.
You will receive your first paycheck 2-3 weeks after your start date; have money for food and other essentials.
Communicate your arrival date at least 7 days prior to arriving to Human Resources.
