"Horseshoe Bay Resort Welcomes Martina Navratilova's longtime Coach Craig Kardon for weekend Tennis Clinics"

Craig Kardon, considered one of the world's top pro coaches will join Horseshoe Bay's Director of Tennis, Michelle Stallard, for weekend tennis clinics. Craig Coached Martina Navratilova the last six years of her career. He has also coached two other world #1's, Lindsey Davenport and Mary Pierce. Currently, Craig's tennis tips are featured regularly in Tennis Magazine, he serves as tennis consultant for Four Seasons Resorts and conducts Prolink Sports clinics with US Davis Cup stars, Andy Roddick and Bob and Mike Bryan. Michelle and Craig have been conducting clinics together for several years. All levels are welcome to particpate. You can sign up for indivdual sessions or all three session. Clinics and Tournaments

Tennis Clinics

One to three hour clinics are available to Resort guests through Horseshoe Bay Resort’s professional tennis staff. Clinics cover all aspects of the game and are offered on all levels. Includes court fee and balls.

Tennis Clinic fee (minimum of four people, maximum of 10): $25 per person, per hour

Kardon-Stallard High Performance Tennis Clinics

Join Director of Tennis Michelle Stallard and legendary pro coach Craig Kardon for high-performance tennis clinics. Craig is featured regularly in Tennis Magazine and has coached three world #1's: Martina Navratilova, Lindsey Davenport and Mary Pierce. In 1995, Craig coached the New Jersey Stars to a World Team Tennis World Championship.

$85 per player per 2½ hour session. Minimum of six players.

Ultimate Tennis Makeover (UTM)

Our professional staff will evaluate groundstrokes, volleys, overheads, serves and returns. The UTM includes four hours of instruction and may be scheduled over a two-day period.

$300 with Director of Tennis (1-2 players)
$280 with Head Tennis Pro (1-2 players)

Doubles Drill and Play Clinic

These two-day clinics are geared for 3.0 - 5.0 rated players and are a great opportunity to focus on doubles strategy and play. Clinics are two-hours each day and will feature doubles specific drills and training. Bring your doubles partner or come alone and let us match you up.

$50 per day, per 2 hour session. Minimum of three players.

Tournaments

Several tennis tournament formats are available, ranging from round robin and scramble to straight single and double elimination draws. Tennis balls are not included in fees listed below.

$400 for over 12 people
